Ambassadorship - Tracks & Tales

The Tracks & Tales Ambassadorship

Some people just know where the room is.

In every city there's someone who knows exactly which bar takes its system seriously, which café plays whole records, which basement has the sound everyone else will discover in three years. Not influencers — listeners. The people friends text before a trip.

If that's you, this is for you.

What Ambassadors do.

You're our ears on the ground. You discover and assess sound-forward venues in your city and your travels, using the same Star Criteria the guide is built on. You work with us to publish what you find — under your own name, credited on the venue pages and in the guide itself.

You help decide what excellence sounds like, and where to find it.

What you get.

Your name on the map. A public author profile, a growing body of published work, and a founding place in something young enough that early voices shape it permanently. The guide covers 171 countries; the Ambassador network is at the beginning. The people who join now define what it becomes — the standard, the tone, the scene.

This is authorship and identity, not employment — there's no payment, and we're straight about that. What we offer instead is the thing money can't shortcut: being early, being credited, and being right.

Who it's for.

People who chase venues with soul, not hype. Who care how music is presented, not just what's playing. Who believe sound is culture and culture deserves respect. It's a small network, reviewed intentionally — like the venues we spotlight.

Apply to be an Ambassador

Most Ambassadors start by simply submitting a venue. If you're not sure, start there.
