How to Contribute

You don’t need a press pass to shape the guide.
Just good ears, good taste, and a genuine love of sound.

What Does Contributing Mean at Tracks & Tales?

We’re building the world’s most trusted listening venue guide — one that’s shaped by listeners, not algorithms.

You don’t need to be famous. You don’t need to be an “influencer.”
You just need to care about how music feels in a space.

There are several ways to get involved — and every one helps us grow the global sound movement.

How Do I Become a Tracks & Tales Ambassador?

This is our most committed form of contribution.
Ambassadors are carefully selected individuals from around the world who help scout and assess venues in their city or travels.

You’ll use our Star Criteria. You’ll be part of a global community.
You’ll help shape what gets seen — and heard.

Can I Submit a Venue for Review?

Yes — and we encourage it.

If there’s a bar, club, restaurant, or space you believe deserves recognition for its sound quality and sonic intent, we want to know.

Venues are only reviewed after in-person visits by Tracks & Tales or trusted contributors.
No one pays to be included. That’s what makes it real.

Who Decides What Gets Published?

All venue reviews, stories, and contributions go through editorial curation.
Tracks & Tales is not open source — it’s open minded.

We work with a trusted mix of editors, ambassadors, and sound experts to ensure everything published meets our quality standards and reflects the spirit of the guide.

What Happens After I Share a Review?

We read every submission. If we feel it aligns with our vision, one of our editors will follow up — often to explore further.

If the review is selected, we’ll publish it with proper credit to you, and add the venue to our Star system (if applicable).

The most consistent contributors are often invited to join our Ambassador network.

Why Does This Matter?

Because sound deserves standards.
And venues that care about how people feel deserve to be seen — and heard.

Your contribution helps us map out a new kind of cultural guide:
Less noise. More meaning.
